Today I'm going to show you how to make baby bok choy like Chinese restaurant. Here we have some bok chpy, to cut the bok choy you want to trim off the stem and then cut it like this, length wise. To cook the bok choy you need to boil it in hot boiling water for one minute. Here are the ingredients for the sauce, you have 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce, 1 teaspoon of sugar, 1 tablespoon of cooking oil and 1 tablespoon of water. To prepare the sauce you need to mix all the ingredients together and heat it up on low heat for about 30 seconds. I've prepared the baby bok choy and here's how they look when they are boiled and here's the sauce. To serve you want to drizzle the sauce on top of the baby bok choy just like this. And there you have it baby bok choy like Chinese restaurant.
