Today, I'm going to show you how to make filling for Chinese dumplings. We need about eight ounces of ground pork, a little bit of shredded Napa cabbage, some grated ginger, a little bit of sesame oil, salt and white pepper to taste, and a little bit of chopped scallion. To make the filling, you want to mix all ingredients with the ground pork. Here, I've prepared some of the fillings for the Chinese dumpling. And you can see the texture of the filling.
