Hi, I'm Chef Mariko. Today, I'm going to show you how to make potato skin and cheese appetizer. This is one of my favorite recipes and it's great for any party. To get started, get a couple of baked potatoes. You could cook your baked potatoes in the oven or microwave, however you would normally do it. So get your baked potato and cut it in half and then get a spoon to scoop out some of the center. You'll want to leave a little bit of potato in there. When you are done scooping out the centers of the potato, put them on a foil lined baking sheet. I put foil on my baking sheet when doing the potato skins to prevent the cheese from sticking. Now I'm going to take my scooped out potato halves and sprinkle them with some cheddar cheese. You can use your favorite type of cheese on top of this but I'm using the traditional cheddar. So this is about a cup of cheese for four potatoes and then I'm going to sprinkle them with a little bit of bacon. Now I'm just going to bake them in the oven for about 25 minutes at 40 degrees.
