Hi guys this is Chelsie Baker, professional cosmetologist of five years. Today, I'm going to show you how to put on black eyeliner in the French style. Lets get started. So French style eyeliner is my favorite form of eyeliner. And it can be a little tricky so I recommend using a liquid eyeliner with a very fine brush. And you are just going to start right in the corner of the eye in a very thin line along the lash line. And as you get towards the outer corner you are going to want to pull up and thicken the line. And as you get to the outer corner of the eye you are going to want to pull up towards the eyebrow. This can also be referred to as a cat eye. But it is in fact French style. And you can make it as thick or as thin as you'd like. And you can make the point as long as you like as well. And there you go. And that's how you apply black eyeliner in the French style.
