Today, we are going to discuss what are the benefits of shoulder press exercises. So the benefits of shoulder press exercises, the first benefit and the most important benefit actually of shoulder press exercises are the power that you're going to get to perform the upper body exercises. Every upper body exercise that you perform involves the shoulders. So you need to work on your shoulders not just on the power that you get from doing the bench press but also on the flexibility that you get okay. So as you perform the shoulder presses your shoulders become stronger. As they become stronger you perform better other exercises, for instance, the upright row, you become stronger with that, the shoulder braces, the shoulder press again, all those exercises you need your shoulder, you need to have strong shoulders to perform those exercises. Therefore, it's very important for you to get the shoulder press right.
