Hi, my name is Eric N. Quinn. I am a personal trainer and life coach. We are here today at World Boxing Gym in Jersey City, New Jersey. Today, we are going to talk about effective muscle building exercises. The first exercise that we're going to perform is dips. We're here at the dip machine, we're going to come off the floor, right there. We're going to hold ourself up. We're going to come down in a full extension and up, down, full extension, up. Just make sure your shoulders are also working on the movement and bring your shoulders up, down and up also, okay, down, full stretch and up. The next exercises we are going to perform are going to be push-ups. They are going to be the famous pushups. Now, what do you do with the push-ups? There are different ways of doing push-ups. We're going to go with the basic one, the most basic push-ups. So go down to the floor, the basic push-up goes like this. You are on the floor, your hands flat on the floor, your arms shoulder width. You stay up in the plank and you're going to bring your chest down all the way down to the floor and you're going to press up, making sure that your elbows are going back and not out okay? You go down, you press-up. Breathe in every time you exercise, press up, chest down to the floor. Let's do one more. This has been Eric N. Quinn, and that was effective muscle-building exercises.
