Hi, I'm Rosie Battista from, and what I'm going to show you today is an amazing yogurt brownie recipe that you'll be so shocked at what naked ingredients really go in here. Now what am I talking about when I talk about naked? I'm talking about food in its most natural form. So we're not going to use any refined flour or any sugar for our brownies. We are going to use a little bit of chocolate, but you know, it is what it is. We're going to be using chick peas, which are going to act as our flour and we're going to be using dates to sweeten. So let's first start by taking a bag of dark chocolate chips. And I really like these because they're 60 percent cacao which means they have a lot of the cacao in them. So we're going to take this, and we're going to microwave it. The best way to do this is in a flat kind of wide, flat bowl. So we're going to warm these up for one minute in the microwave. So now you can see that they're not exactly all liquid but they're soft enough that when I put them in the blender, they're going to blend. So I'm just going to let these cool off while i add everything else in. So you're going to add two cups of chick peas. We're going to add one third cup of date paste. And this is my preferred sweetener of choice because I'm using dates, which is a fruit. So again, it fits in to the naked category and the way I make my date paste is one cup of dates soaked in a half a cup of water and then blended in the blender and I get this amazing, beautiful date paste. Two full eggs and one half a cup of plain Greek yogurt. And now I'm going to add my chocolate chips right in to this mixture as well. Now my chocolate has cooled down so it doesn't cook the eggs as it falls on top of them. Kind of want to be a bit careful of that. So what I realized as I was mixing that that I forgot two ingredients. So this is why this kind of baking is really that simple. I'm just going to add that now, and that's a half a teaspoon of baking powder and one teaspoon of vanilla. So I have an eight inch baking pan and all I'm going to do is put my mixture right in to the pan. I know you can't believe that this is actually going to make brownies. I promise you're going to be amazed at how good these things really are. It's not something you have to feel guilty about eating. There is a little dark chocolate in here but they're going to fill you because the beans have so much fiber so you're going to feel full and you're going to feel satisfied much quicker than you would if you were eating a regular old recipe. Now we're going to bake these brownies at 350 for about 40 minutes until you stick a fork in it and it comes out clean. So what did I tell you? Does that look a brownie or what and wait until you taste this thing. It's amazing, and you're going to feel great while you eat it. I'm Rosie Battista.
