Hi. It's Rosie Battista with, and of course I'm not really naked, but I am bringing you an amazing naked recipe which means I'm bringing you a recipe that uses food in its most natural form to make something healthy and delicious. And today we're doing a recipe on a healthy raspberry snack. So these ingredients right here, frozen raspberries, raw cacao, chia seeds, almond milk and avocado are like a beauty treatment for your skin. Because it's put in your body, what shows up on your skin and these are amazing antioxidants and terrific for beautiful, beautiful skin. So we're going to make a pudding starting, we're just going to put everything into our blender, frozen raspberries, raw cacao, which means it's chocolate which has never been sweetened. It's just ground from its original form. Chia seeds which are really high in iron. Almond milk, we're just going to start out with a little bit to see what consistency we want to get. I'm going to put half the amount in right now. And we're going to put half of an avocado. And you might be saying that's kind of weird to put an avocado in pudding. But it's going to make it nice and creamy and it's going to give you the really healthy fat that you need for your skin and your body. I'm going to use my fancy wine glasses to serve my pudding in, and this way I don't save the dishes for a special occasion because everyday should be special when you're treating yourself. And you can see that it's already the consistency of a pudding. But if you keep it in the refrigerator for a little while, the chia seeds gel and make it even firmer.
