Hey, it's Rosie Battista from icooknaked.com, and I'm here to show you how to make a easy banana, baked banana snack. So what we're going to do is we're going to take our bananas and we're going to just carefully and gently slice down the middle here, we're not going to remove the skin. The thing I love about bananas it's a great snack that it's in it's own little bag so you can always grab and go and have a banana or have a banana and not have to worry about washing it, that's what's so cool. So I sliced it down the middle and then I'm going to take and I'm going to do a little slice right here on ether end so that I can just gently open up the skin. And I happen to have these little bowls that are shaped perfectly to stick a banana in so that's where I'm going to put it. So now what we're going to do is bananas are so sweet when you bake them so you almost don't have to add any sweetener to it, I'm just going to take a tiny, tiny drizzle of honey and just drizzle it right inside on top of the banana. Tiny, tiny you see how small, I'm using a little demi test spoon, just a little tiny bit and then I'm going to take some crushed walnuts and stick them in the middle, right down the center and a little bit of cinnamon, actually I think we'll put them right next to each other like that. I'm going to stick these, bake them in the oven for 350 for about 10 minutes. So here's or baked banana snack and you can actually take it with you with a spoon, It's just so great to be in the shell, I mean I love this. And the banana is nice and soft and it's nice and sweet and yum, that's like fabulous, really fabulous and so easy, simple, fun. I'm going to talk with my mouth full, but I am Rosie Battista from icooknaked.com. Chow for now, while I finish chowing on this.
