Hi, everyone. My name is Joi, freelance makeup artist in New York, and I want to show you all today how to prevent eyeliner from getting on your eyelids. So, I have here my eye shadow brush, and I have a palette of shadows here. And, one thing that causes the transfer of your eyeliner up onto the upper eyelid is, for one thing, maybe you need to give it a moment to set, or for another thing, you need to apply a powder over it to make sure that it stays. So, I’m going to show you here. We’ve already applied the eyeliner here. And, we used the brown, so I’m going to go over that with a brown eye shadow of the same shade. And, gently just tracing over that and pressing into the liner. And, this is going to set the liner so that none of the waxiness transfers onto her upper eyelid when she opens. Okay. So, there you go. You’ll be able to open up, and you’ll have no mess when you get done. So, I hope this is helpful to you all, and thank you for watching.
