Hi, I'm Renee Byrd with Camp Gladiator here in Dallas, Texas, here to talk about the upright row for your medial deltoids. The upright row is an awesome exercise to get some amazing shoulders especially for the Summer. Here's what you're going to do. You're going to hold your bar, your thumbs are probably about thigh width apart, you want to row those shoulders back, stand nice and tall, make sure your abs are pulled in. You don't want to hunch over. You also don't want to lean back. You want to keep the bar very close. You're going to control it by lifting up, making sure that your elbows go out to the side not up, not back or not down guys, slowly back to the bottom, never locking out your elbows, slowly back to the top, slowly back to the bottom. When performing the upright row guys, please please make sure you're not locking out your elbows, sinking the shoulders over, keep them rolled back, rolled down, stand nice and tall. Again your abs have got to be pulled in. Again, I'm Renee Byrd with Camp Gladiator, and we just talked about the upright row for your medial deltoids.
