Hi, I'm Renee Byrd with Camp Gladiator in Dallas, Texas, and today we're gonna show you some good exercises to enhance thigh muscles. A couple of great exercises for thigh muscles, first squat jump. Phenomenal for quad explosion, quad building, hamstrings, glutes. What you're gonna do is make sure that your feet are about hip-width apart, right underneath your hips, your shoulders are back and down, chest is out, abs are tucked in. You're really gonna get that explosive movement with the biggest range of motion you can get. So if you go down to the point to where your hips and your glutes are actually to the back of your calves, exploding as high as you can get with your arms coming up off the ground, leading through your heels, you're gonna get more benefit out of it. Another great exercise for your thigh muscles are the split jump. The important key things to remember there is to slow it down, make the movements nice and controlled, keeping your feet shoulder-width apart. The biggest mistake people make is to take their feet, line them up one in front of the other, then they feel a little bit off balanced, and less secure. So what you want to make sure is that your feet are shoulder-width apart through the entire movement.
