I'm Renee Byrd with Camp Gladiator in Dallas, Texas, here to talk about stretches for flexible hamstrings. Today, I'm going to show you a couple of great hamstring stretches. The first one what you're going to do is you're going to take one leg and you're going to place it on a chair or a bench, whatever you have available. The key here is you don't want to lock out that knee completely. You want to make sure that your toes are pointed straight forward and never ever ever stretch to the point where it's actually painful. So you're going to tilt over, really reaching reaching reaching, making sure that your left hand or your right never presses down on your knee because that's not a great thing guys and never bounce, never bounce when you are doing this stretch. You're going to hold this position for about 15/20 seconds. Another great hamstring stretch is the sitting hamstring stretch. You're going to sit nice and comfortable on whatever bench or sofa you may have available. You're going to sit nice and tall. You're going to reach forward, reach forward, not pulling on the toes, not putting too much pressure on the knee. Again guys just holding, 20, 15, 20 seconds, maybe, never stretching to the point of pain. Again, I'm Renee Byrd with Camp Gladiator, and we just talked about stretches for flexible hamstrings.
