I'm Renee Byrd with Camp Gladiator in Dallas, Texas, here today to talk about how to do some tricep exercises without using dumbbells. One of my very favorite tricep exercises guys is a tricep commando pushup. What's so awesome about this exercise is you have an opportunity to work your core at the exact same time. Very very carefully guys, what you're going to do is you're going to come out into this pushup position, your hands are actually under your shoulders and not out wide, okay, you want to make sure that your elbows aren't turned out, but they're turned in. Abs are tight, weight is shifted forward. You're going to slowly release to the bottom, as you come up, you have a knee tuck. Another awesome tricep exercise that you can do anywhere without the use of weights guys is a tricep dip. You can use a chair out of your kitchen. You can use a sofa table. Today I'm going to use a bench. So here's what you're going to do, again nice and tall, always having that core nice and tight. You're going to take your hands, place them as close to your side as you can get them, stepping away from your bench or table or chair, you're going to have your elbows make sure that they're not locked out but they are going to go backwards. Alright, your back is always going to stay close to the object that you're using for your workout. You're going to lower and lift, again stand nice and tall, making sure that when you get to the top guys you are not locking out those elbows because that could be really bad. If this is not for you and you're not ready to do this exercise, take your feet and walk them in. Don't use your lefts on a lift, use your arms but at least this way you have a better opportunity of getting in all the reps.
