I'm Renee Byrd with Camp Gladiator, and today we're going to talk about how to do a clean shoulder press with dumbbells. So basically what you're looking at is you have your feet right underneath your hip line, you have your toes pointed out at 11 and 1, as you go down into your squat you've got to remember, your core has got to be engaged, your chest has got to be out and all of the weight has got to be sunk into your heels while your toes are still loose. As you squat down you're going to lift the weights up to shoulder level. Big press to the top, again cushioning your joints by getting back into that small squat and releasing them on the way down.
