I'm Renee Byrd with Camp Gladiator in Dallas, Texas, here to talk about body weight exercises for your legs and chest. I'm going to show you a couple of great exercises. If you don't have equipment, that are going to be phenomenal for your chest and legs. The first one is going to be what's called a lobster pushup. So in the crab lobster position, what you're going to do is you're going to take your right foot, you're going to place it under your left foot, leaving it extended in the air, rotating your torso to the right into a one legged pushup. Once you go back that same direction, you're going to have to repeat it on the other side. So remember, the leg that lifts up is the same direction that you plan on going to. The next exercise is a combination of three exercises that you actually put together to create one amazing drill. What you're going to do is a great chair sit nice and deep with your chest up, your abs are in, all of your weight is down onto your heels with your toes loose. You're going to hold that chair sit for about ten seconds. Following the chair sit, you're going to fall down into that plank position, nice tall plank position, take a couple of walks to your right, crank out a couple of pushups, walking right back, popping right back into that chair sit position.
