Hi, I'm Deserie, your Natural Remedy Advisor. I'm here to talk with you about how to use green tea as an alternative to shampoo to clean hair. So, green tea is loaded with antioxidants, wonderful for hair. Basically, you just want to take one cup of boiling water. Add a green tea teabag or one to two tablespoons of loose ground gree tea, green tea. Let that steep for at least five minutes covered. After its done steeping, if you've used loose tea, you want to strain it, otherwise, you can take the steep tea and pour it into an empty shampoo bottle. Add one half cup of castile soap, liquid soap. Shake gently before use. Now optionally, you can add a tablespoon of baking soda or a few drops of jojoba oil. And to take it even further, you can add one of your favorite essential oils to give it a great scent. And as I mentioned, once you add these things to your shampoo bottle, you want to gently shake it before each use and just shampoo as you normally would. I'm Deserie, and this is how to use green tea as an alternative to shampoo for clean hair.
