Hi, I'm Chris with Life Fit personal training out of Kansas City, and today I'm going to show you two of the best deltoid exercises for men. The first one you're going to go to a split stance, we've got 20 pound dumbbells here, you're going to bring one up and you're just going to press straight up, come straight back down nice and slow, extend up, back down. You're going to do about ten reps, ten to twelve, switch sides, switch legs, curl up, press straight up and back down, straight up, back down. You're going to do about ten to twelve reps on that side. The second exercise I'm going to show you for the deltoids is a front raise. What you're going to do is extend straight up with your right arm, come all the way back down and let it rest on the thigh, extend up with your left arm, back to the thigh, back to the right, back down, back to the left, back down and you're going to do a set of about 16 to 20, eight to ten on each arm, making sure you keep your core tight through the entire exercise. And those are the top two best exercises for the deltoids.
