Hi, this is Kristie Kennedy, licensed beauty professional. Today, we're going to discuss how to do half liner. First, I'd like to show you a nice day time look when doing half liner. You close the eyes for me, you want to start right here in the center of the eye. Stay close to the lash line, make short strokes going from inner to outer corner of the eye. This is going to help define the lash line, making the lashes appear a lot longer. And do the same for the other eye, staying very close. It's great for your nice day time look, if you open for me. So, one you've applied, you want to straighten out the edges here, smooth it out. So, once again, make up artistry, blending is everything, close for me, again, just want to soften the line. O.k., open up for me, very good. So that is applying the liner, half liner for a day time look. If you want to go a little bit dramatic, we'll make the line a lot thicker. And start again in that area, short strokes, to avoid making any mistakes there, otherwise you're going to end up doing it all over again. So, just take your time, you're worth it. And again, on the other eye, as you notice, I'm staying really close. But I'm bringing that line up just a little higher. O.k., open up for me again, let's see that, we just want to straighten and close, I want to soften that line. And then, I follow up with a cream liner to even go more dramatic on top of it. So, once again, you're building, we're always building in makeup artistry. For one, it's going to create a longer lasting effect. When we do more dramatic, it's perfect for night time. Open up for me, so soften those lines, leave them open, please, very good. I'm just cleaning off this, so it's even, and we're all done, all done. O.k., open. O.k., so, once we blend it out, we have a nice, soft, smoky look for day time, not too dramatic, but right in the middle. So, as you can see, we went from a nice, simple lash line, eyeliner and then, we made it thicker for a more dramatic effect. Open up, excellent. And that is how you apply half eyeliner. This is Kristie Kennedy, I want to thank you for watching.
