Hi I'm Kevin Wray from Peterbrooke Chocolatier, and today we are going to teach you how to make rice cakes with drizzled chocolate. We are to start off with just a store bought rice cake. No salt, no fat, nice and healthy. And we are going to take some of our tempered dark chocolate. Now tempering is a process of raising and lowering the temperature of chocolate to correctly align the cocoa butter crystals. And that's a different lesson. So today, we are starting with our tempered chocolate. I'm going to start by using a spatula to drizzle chocolate and a little dollop on the bottom of our rice cake. Now that's going to create a base when I set it down on some parchment paper. Now really just have some fun. Whatever design you want to do, whatever kind of drizzle you like, have a good time with this. I'm going to go across this way. And I'm going to go across again. Make sure we got a nice coat of chocolate on there. And there you go it's just that easy. We are going to set this in the fridge to chill and then we'll show you the finished product. Alright we got our rice cake out of the fridge. It's nice and cool now. We've got a nice drizzle on top with a great design and a nice chocolate coat on the bottom. Perfect to enjoy.
