Hi there. This is Delf Enriquez of delfenriquez.com, and I'm here at reflex performance in Pasadena, California to talk to you today about ab exercises that you can do with an exercise ball with your hips off the floor. That specific. Anyway, I have two favorite exercises in regard to that, that I'm going to show you today. The first one is called the supine trunk rotation which I will demonstrate very nicely for you. Basically, you'll be having your upper back, your neck and your head resting on the balk and you'll be rotating a resistance in your arms against gravity while you're lying back. Then the second exercise is a roll out with your forearms on the ball, but I'm giving it a different spin by having you do it from a standing position which makes it really, really challenging. So those are my two favorite ab exercises that you can do with an exercise ball with your hips off the floor.
