Hi, I'm Delf Enriquez of, and I'm here at Reflex Performance in Pasadena, California. Today, I want to talk to you about how to improve balance for your body weight lunges and as far as this topic is concerned I want to bring up two possible ways in which to do it. The first one has to do with strengthening your ankles, your foot ankle complex and addressing the stability there and the second approach is using hip stability strategies. I'll be showing you two exercises for that. The first one will involve the Airex pad right here, which is on an unstable surface. When you step on it barefoot like I am right now, barefoot, you'll be able to strengthen basically your sense of balance, your sense of where you are in space with it. And then the other exercise we'll be showing you is a hip bridge which is a basic way of strengthening and stabilizing your hips.
