Hi. I'm Delf Enriquez of And I'm here today at Reflex Performance in Pasadena, California to talk to you about how to improve tricep strength for your bench press. Now today I'm going to be showing you two specific exercises that will help assist in building tricep strength. The first of them is a tricep style push-up. And the second is a dip, a body weight dip. You can use that with a dip machine or just do it with bars as I'm going to be showing you in a second. The reason these exercises are good for improving tricep strength is that they involve the same pushing movement that you would have in a bench press. Except you're doing them in a push up style. So that's how you improve tricep strength for your bench press. And I'm at Reflex Performance here in Pasadena, California. My name is Delf Enriquez of
