Hi, it's Faith Dey, and I'm here at Princeton Club West in Madison, Wisconsin, and we're talking about a simple home exercise that you can do for your arms. So all you need is a set of dumbbells and if you want to be really efficient, take about two or three exercises and put them together so that you create one movement. So I'm going to show you how you can use your dumbbells to address your biceps, your triceps, your shoulders and an overhead press so you'll get all your major muscle groups throughout the shoulders and your arms. So just take it slowly, curling forward, pressing back, pressing side and pressing overhead. Take that about five to ten times, change up the weight as you need to and it will be a very simple exercise that you can use for your arms about two to three times a week. If you need more tips, just visit me at Faithdeyfitness.com.
