Hi, I'm Beautasia with Hollywood Beautiful, The Worlds First Superhero of Beauty. I'm here to show you how to tell if your mascara is water based. Well it's going to say water as the first ingredient, but if you don't have that here's a quick test. So I've already put a waterproof and water based mascara on my hand so I'm going to take some water and you'll see the waterproof mascara which has beeswax as the first ingredient is going to bead down and the waterproof or the water based. The water based will just absorb right in also the water based is going to be removed easily with water, the waterproof will not. So you'll need a oil base cleanser or olive oil and grape seed oil to remove it. So that is a really easy way to tell if your mascara is waterproof.
