Hi, I'm Beautasia with Hollywood Beautiful, the world's first superhero of beauty. Today, I'm going to show you how to use oats to help with facial redness. So I've already taken some oats and put it in a grinder and I ground it up into a nice powder. Now I'm going to take honey and add it in until I get a nice little paste. Okay oats are great because they are high in amino acids and amino acids are what our protein is built on. So that also creates new skin cells and help build and repair new skin cells. Honey is great because it's a natural humectant and it's anti-microbial and anti-bacterial. So it's really good for reducing inflammation on the skin and redness. So you can just use, what I'm going to do here is just use the back of the spoon and apply it onto my model's face, there we go. So I'm going to get that on there. You want to leave it on for about 15 minutes, yeah. How does that feel? Great. Okay, so you're going to go ahead and do the rest of your face, leave it on for 15 minutes, rinse with warm water and for more beauty tips, you can go to, like me on Facebook or follow me on Twitter. Thanks for watching.
