Hi, I'm Lee Cotton, healthy chef and Pilates instructor, and today I'm going to teach you how to make tahini-free hummus. So let's just say you're in the mood for hummus and you look into your pantry or your refrigerator and you don't have any tahini, what's a girl to do. Well let me tell you it's pretty easy and you can make it without the tahini. So if you want hummus, all you're going to need is our garbanzo peas also known as chickpeas, some fresh organic lemon juice, some salt, some minced garlic, a third cup of water and some organic olive oil.
