Hello, Jim Jacobsen, managing broker, Windermere Real Estate in Seattle, Washington. The question comes up today about the how to change the insurance of your home in escrow and the way that I understand that, escrow to me is what takes place at the time that you go to close your property. That's where your buyer and seller come in and sign closing papers and that's escrow. So I'm going to make a decision here that what they mean is that I'm in my home, I've been in it for three, four years, I have an insurance company and I want to switch insurance companies. So what I would do is number one I would contact my insurance company and I would contact my lender and let them know that I want to change my insurance companies. The process is very simple really and it really can be done primarily with just your insurance agent. So find your insurance agent, the company that you like, go to them, tell them your property, your address, the mortgage company and let them contact those people for you and resolve your issue, because we all want to save money and maybe that's the issue is that you want to save money. The process is very simple. You just have to go through a few steps.
