Hi, I'm Erin Hendley, Professional Makeup Artist, and today I'm going to answer your question, "What eye shadow color should I wear with a blue and white outfit?" So, we have our blue and white outfit and white is pretty much neutral color, so that's safe and we do have a blue going on. It's not to out there like an orange or a purple, so, we can get creative with it; but, it depends on the color that you're wearing personally. So, universally, if we have an actual color going on with a neutral in the clothing, it's good to just complement it and keep the makeup simple in color and texture. So, we're going to go in with our mattes and just our neutral colors. Starting off with of course, our base color all over the lid which is just going to create a flat surface for any other colors that we want to put on our eyelids and also eliminate any veins or redness that might be popping through from our skin. Once we have our base coat on, we're just going to go in with a slightly darker khaki color on the bulb of the eye, up to the crease. Again, we're keeping it matte so we're not competing in textures. Really just keeping it pretty and simple. Now, after we've accomplished that, we're just going to go in with the crease with a brown, not a black, keeping it pretty simple here, just dusting it into the crease to give some dimension whether it's day or night, this will look great. Try to keep it on the outside, just to make the eye appear bigger. And really just blend to make a nice pretty application, seamless and smooth. I'm Erin Hendley, and I just showed you eye shadow colors that work well with the blue and white outfit.
