Hello, my name is Bryan Beal. I'm a Personal Trainer, and today I will cover exercises for side bulge of the chest. Now, this may sound complicated, but they're fairly simple exercises. A great one is the pectoral fly. This can be done on a machine or using dumbbells. On the machine, you will be on the seated position and you will wrap your elbow around the pad, squeezing your elbows into the middle and pinching with your chest muscles you will perform the exercise. The dumbbell fly is done in almost the same manner, however, laying down on a bench with dumbbells in each hand. You will spread your arms straight apart and out to your sides. Bending slightly at the elbows, you will squeeze your chest muscles together and bring your hands together. Lower your hands back down to your sides to finish the exercise. And that is how you perform exercises for side bulge of the chest.
