Hello. My name is Bryan Beal. I'm a personal trainer, and today I will be discussing how to perform the double leg eagle exercise. This exercise works your core and is performed by laying flag on your back with your feet together, placing your arms straight out at your sides. Now keeping your feet together, lift your feet two to three inches off the ground. Without touching the ground, roll your feet and hips over in one direction. As you roll them over, bring your feet up and towards you, bending at the waist forming a 90 degree angle. Return to the starting position and perform in the other direction. This is how you perform the double leg eagle exercise.
