Hello, my name is Bryan Beal. I'm a personal trainer, and today I will be discussing how to perform plate loaded back machine rows. This exercise is performed by placing your feet shoulder width apart. Standing with your knees slightly bent and your back 45 degrees to the ground. While keeping your back straight grasp the handles of the T bar and pull the weight straight up to your chest. When you reach the top pinch your shoulder blades together and hold for a second. Lower the weight until your arms are completely straight. That is how you perform the plate loaded back machine row exercise.
