Hi, I'm Dr. Ahuva Gamliel from MiBaSo in sunny South Florida. Our topic today is how to wash your hair with an herbal hair rinse. While this is a very easy thing to do at home. You're going to need one tablespoon of a dried herb, you can use lavender, chamomile, rosemary or any herb of your choice. I'm putting it here in a strainer. Now you're going to take this dried herb and you're going to pour one cup or 250 millimeters of boiled water onto the herb let this infuse for two hours and then once it's infused you can add the same amount of apple cider vinegar, so another cup of apple cider vinegar after two hours to this mixture. Then you're going to massage it into your hair and scalp just like you would do regular shampoo however it's not going to lather up like regular shampoo does. After 10 to 30 minutes you may rinse it out or you can keep it in your hair. The apple cider vinegar will make your hair clean and shiny. Alternately you can use tea bags as well to prepare the shampoo. I'm Dr. Ahuva Gamliel. Thanks for watching. Be well.
