Hi, I'm Ally Brown a master esthetician with Skincarerx.com. Today, I am going to talk about retinols and antioxidants to help with flawless skin. The first one I'm going to talk about is retinols. Retinols are a form of Vitamin A. They are going to help remove the top layer of dead skin cells. They help with anti-aging and they also are really good for people that are acne prone. So the first one that I'm going to show is the Skin Metica Retinol Complex. This one has three forms of retinol. A lot of retinols can be really irritating and this one has a delivery system that won't make your skin very irritated but it will give you the exfoliation that you need. So let me demonstrate this one. You just need about one pump of this. You'll only use this at nighttime and you want to just rub this all over the entire face, right after you cleanse and tone the skin and right before you put your moisturizer on. Some people do get a little bit sensitive to retinol so just be careful if your skin is getting irritated at all, just use it every couple nights instead of every night. The next product I'm going to talk about is an antioxidant. Antioxidants are really good to help with free radical damage caused by the sun and other pollutants. So I'm going to demonstrate this one. This one comes in a dropper bottle. So you'll just want to open it up and you'll want to put about three to five drops onto the skin and you'll want to just use this product in the morning after you cleanse and tone the skin right before you put on your moisturizer and sunscreen and you'll just want to pat it into the skin and this will help prevent against free radical damage and UV rays. So, I just talked about retinols and antioxidants for flawless skin.
