Hi. I'm Erin Hendley, professional makeup artist, and today I'm going to show you how to do makeup for white or Caucasian skin. We have our model here and as we know that for white skin there are a range of colors as there is for any other skin tone. It can range from porcelain to natural to a creamy color as well. So we're going to dictate our skin tone. She's definitely not at the most pale end of the spectrum. But she's kind of right in the middle. So we're going to go for a neutral beige. And the key to applying your liquid foundation and concealer, both rules apply, so we're just going to go in with out sponge and lightly press. Just for any other skin tone for white skin we're going to press it into the skin. We're not going to swipe because we don't want to irritate any thing. And we can start out with a little bit and then add as needed. You can use the clean side to blend. And just dictate and think about your skin. If you have pretty nice looking skin you don't need a bunch of coverage. We just want to balance out the color. And no matter what medium concealer and foundation you use it's still the same process. So that means we're using a liquid foundation right now and the same rule applies if you're going to use a cream foundation or if you're going to use a cake foundation. All right. Now that we have, just turn, now that we have most of our foundation applied, we're going to go in with our concealer. And just do the same rule of thumb. We're going to find a color that matches the skin tone, and just go over the redness. Concealer for white skin should just be a little bit lighter as the areas we're applying it are slightly darker than the rest of the skin. And it's always good to experiment with two different colors to see which one helps the best. And sometimes it's just a combination of two colors. We all have customized skin. And it's always great to go over the eyelids as well because white skin is quite translucent and we can see veins at times. So we're just going to dust over that to conceal those. I'm Erin Hendley, and I just showed you how to apply makeup for white skin.
