Hello, my name is Chef Sara. Welcome to Chef Sara All Vegan Academy and Cafe in the beautiful village of Cave Creek, Arizona. Today, I'm going to show you how to make red seedless grape juice. It's absolutely yummy. We're going to start with our red grapes which are loaded with manganese, Vitamin C, B-1 and B-2. So let's turn the machine on and just drop them right in. I'm using a masticating juicer. This is the Angel masticating juicer. Masticating juicers are very low speed so they don't destroy your enzymes, very very important. And this is twin gear juicer. You can actually find it on my website on the links. Okay now I'm going to use my ginger. The ginger it's great for potassium, magnesium, and also very good for anti-inflammation. So we'll drop the ginger and it's about an inch of ginger and then I have your lime, the lime is Vitamin C and it's also low sugar. I only have a half a lime in here, that should be enough and of course I have the Granny Smith's apple which is loaded with Vitamin C and fiber, drop that in. It smells so good, okay, this is ready. Shut the machine off and let's serve that. This is absolutely fabulous and you've got 16 ounces in here which is great. And voila, here you have it, red seedless grape juice.
