Hello, my name is Chef Sara. Welcome to Chef Sara Raw Vegan Academy and Cafe in Cave Creek, Arizona. Today, I'm going to show you how to make a zucchini juice. Zucchini is an excellent source of manganese and also has the A and C vitamins, and loaded with minerals. So, we'll cut them to small pieces to fit your chute, and you can see, they're extremely juicy. O.k., and now, I'm going to add some parsley and parsley again, it's loaded with antioxidants, vitamins and minerals and it's great for pulling heavy metals out of your body. And then, we're going to use celery, what does celery look like? It looks like human bones. Celery contains 23 percent sodium, and so is human bones. There's no accident here, this is what I call God's medicine, or God's pharmacy. Again, it's loaded with a lot of your antioxidant, vitamin and minerals. And the amount, you can just use as much as you want, to fill up the jug or just make 16 ounces. And I'm also going to use lime, lime is zero sugar and it's a great source of vitamin C. O.k., and here we have 16 ounces of juice, it's perfect, let's move the machine, and the little mess in here. O.k., and I always move, remove the pulp in the top here, you know, the foam. I don't like that foam, so I just remove it, so remove it. And to that, I'm going to mix about a quarter teaspoon of cayenne and one teaspoon of the turmeric. Turmeric is great for fighting cancer, it's excellent, and the cayenne is really an alkalizer, also loaded with minerals and vitamins. And it unclogs any artery that's blocked, so it's fabulous for you. So, we mix it really well. And this juice, you really should drink it within fifteen minutes. what happens if you don't, you're going to lose a lot of the enzyme that evaporates. And here you have it, a wonderful zucchini juice. Thank you so much for watching.
