Hello, my name is Chef Sara. Welcome to Chef Sara Raw Vegan Academy in the beautiful village of Cave Creek, Arizona. Today, I'm going to show you how to make a pumpkin smoothie, it's perfect for Thanksgiving holiday, and even for Christmas. Okay, so, is loaded with beta carotene and also, the A vitamins. So, we'll start with about, I would say, a cup and a half of chopped pumpkin. And to that, I'm going to add a coconut sugar, which is very low glycemic sugar, it's about one tablespoon. And a quarter teaspoon of vanilla, loaded with minerals, and here I have a coconut butter, about, I would say, a quarter cup of coconut butter. Actually, do you know that coconut butter and coconut oil is a natural teeth whitening. Just put it in your mouth, a tablespoon of it in your mouth and swish it around. And do it daily, until your teeth become nice and white. And to that, I'm going to add my five different spices in here, those are typical holiday spices. I have the ginger, a quarter teaspoon of ginger, quarter teaspoon of cardamom, I have half a teaspoon of cinnamon. And here I have a quarter teaspoon of nutmeg and eighths of a teaspoon of cloves. Clove is very strong, so you don't want to over do it with cloves, o.k. So, I'll put all of it in and to that, all you need to do is, put your cold water. It's about less than 16 ounces, because I leave a little room for that, so it's about 15 ounces of water. And we shall turn it on, wow, that looks beautiful. Okay, and here we have it, a beautiful pumpkin smoothie, delicious, smells so good. Thank you so much, for more information about my book,my restaurant, my academy, please visit, Sara with no H. Thank you, Namaste.
