Hello, my name is Chef Sara. Welcome to Chef Sara All Vegan Academy and Cafe in the beautiful village of Cave Creek, Arizona. Today I'm going to show you how to make an all Bok Choy salad. Bok Choy it's a Chinese cabbage and it's loaded with antioxidants. It's got the Vitamin A and the C and phytonutrients and what I did is I basically chopped it, just sliced it just like that, nice and thin sliced and to that I'm going to add my lemon juice which is loaded with C and B vitamins, very low in sugar and then I'm going to add my coconut aminos. This is about one tablespoon of coconut aminos. The lemon was just one lemon by the way, okay and then I have here the olive oil. This is the extra virgin olive oil, organic and unfiltered, rich in monosaturated fat, the fat that makes you lose fat and to that I'm going to add the ginger and the garlic, it's minced ginger and garlic. I have about three garlics and about an inch of ginger. The garlic is a really antibiotic, natural antibiotic for you and the ginger lowers your inflammation in your body so it's fabulous. It's anti-inflammatory. So we'll add that and then I have here about a quarter teaspoon of cayenne. Cayenne is an excellent detoxifier and then I have coconut nectar which is very low glycemic. It's only one tablespoon of coconut nectar right here. It's got this camomile flavor to it. It's really nice. And to that I'm going to add some sesames. This has been soaked and dehydrated sesame. It's about one tablespoon of sesames and sesame of course is very rich in E vitamins. So I'll put the whole thing inside and I'm going to mix it. You really want to mix it very very well because the coconut nectar is pretty sticky and it takes a little time to dissolve completely. Wow it smells so good. That's perfect. Look how beautiful this is. It's gorgeous. Okay so all that's left to is to take the Bok Choy salad, place it on your plate, beautiful and to that I'm going to sprinkle it with red bell pepper, just to give it some color and also red bell pepper it's loaded with your Vitamin C and beta carotene, it's really excellent and voila, here it is, the Bok Choy salad.
