Hi, I'm Chef Mariko. Today, I will be showing you how to make crab and ricotta manicotti. To get started, you want to make your crab and ricotta filling. In a bowl, you want to combine a half a cup of fresh crab meat. a half a cup of grated mozzarella cheese, and a cup of ricotta. Now, I'm going to blend everything together until it's smooth and creamy. Now that it's slightly blended, I'm going to beat in an egg. After you add the egg, mix it altogether. Now, I'm going to put my crab and ricotta filling inside a pastry bag. To stuff your manicotii, you want to start with some pasta sauce on the bottom of an oven-safe baking dish. Then, I'm going to get my pastry bag in one hand and then, in the other hand, I'm going to get my cooked manicotti shell. Then, I'm just going to put the nozzle in there, and fill it with the mixture, then I'm going to put it in my baking dish. Repeat until you've run out of filling. You then want to cover the pasta with more sauce and then, a sprinkling of grated mozzarella cheese. Then, garnish with a little Parmesan. You will want to bake at 350 degrees for about 35 minutes.
