Hi there, I'm Chelsea Silverman, executive vice president and health director here at Juiceateria. I am so excited to show you how to make a facial moisturizer and a hair conditioner with avocados. So our ingredients are avocados, raw organic honey, coconut oil, and some coconut water. So we'll start with our avocados. We'll slice these up and we are going to put everything into the blender and blend it up. We'll do both at the same time. Okay and we'll spoon the avocados into our blender. Now this is an easy, these are some nice avocados. So avocados are really good to put on your hair and your skin. Well first of all your skin is very porous so the avocados all the nutrients will go straight into your skin and into your internal bloodstream and your body. And In your hair it's a great conditioner and it's all natural. So you are not putting any chemicals onto your hair. And then in turn you won't put any chemicals into your body. So we got our last avocado. These avocados are a messy job. It's all worth it. And then we are going to take some of our coconut oil. Coconut oil is so good and moisturizing to the body. Coconut oil can be used in smoothies and it can also be used onto your body. So the coconut oil don't be shy. You can never have enough of this stuff. And you just scoop some in right into the blender with your avocados. And it smells good too. See the extra I just rub into my skin. And it makes it look shiny and sexy. Next we'll do a little bit of honey. Honey is good like I said it has antiviral, anti-inflammatory. It's also healing. So it be great to just add in. And a little bit of coconut water. Just for a little bit of liquid. And it has electrolytes, potassium, why not. So now we are going to blend up our facial moisturizer and our hair shine. So quick, so easy, and so inexpensive. Easy as one, two, three. Here we have it our finished product of healthy hair shine and facial moisturizer. I would love to show you what it looks like on my head but I just did my hair for the video and I don't want to mess it up. So I'll do a little bit just on my face just to show you what to do. So basically you are just rub it in alight layer on your face. Or you can have fun and just throw it all over, whatever floats your boat. But enjoy it, have fun with it. Feel good, feel healthy and be happy. Chelsea Silverman signing off.
