Hello there, my name is Jay Jones, Celebrity Peak Performance Coach and Fitness Minister. And today, we're going to demonstrate an exercise, it's going to be the push-up with a side knee tuck. You know, I love the push-up, the push-up is one of my favorite upper body, full body conditioners. But today, we're going to add a super special variation, we're going to all this a Spiderman push-up. And all it is simply, is a push-up with a side knee tuck, alright. This is an advance exercise, so you want build your upper body a little bit, before you even attempt it. But give it your best shot, let's give it a demonstration. So, we're down in our normal push-up position, alright, we know what that is. So, now, we're going to breathe, as we go down, this time, we're going to bring our left knee up or our right knee up, into a tuck position, alright. So, we go down, and we tuck that knee, this gives us extra weight on our upper body. So, now we explode and throw it back, up. One more time, we go down, breathing in, and out, in and out. And to make it even more exciting, we'll alternate sides, we'll go down, and up, and down, and up, and down and up. And that, that is a tremendous upper body and cardio exercise, and that is what we call the push-up with a side knee tuck.
