Hello there, my name is Jay Jones, Celebrity Peak Performance Coach and Fitness Minister. And today, we're going to demonstrate an abdominal crunch with a heel push. The abdominal crunch with a heel push, extremely effective exercise, not only for the abdominals but also for the obliques and the lower back. We're going to show you how we do it, right now, real easy demonstration. We're going to lie back and we're going to separate our legs nice and far. We want to get our heels far enough, where we can reach but we can't touch. Now, typically a crunch will come straight up, but this heel push, we're going to reach for the heel as we crunch our obliques, very effective exercise. In through the nose, out through the mouth, pushing the abdominals, squeezing the obliques. My name is Jay Jones, Celebrity Peak Performance Coach and Fitness Minister. And that is an exercise that we like to call the abdominal crunch with a heel push.
