Hey, my name is Jay Jones, Celebrity Peak Performance Coach and Fitness Minister, and today I'm going to demonstrate pull-ups with a leg raise. The pull up is one of the most incredible upper body exercises you can do. A lot of people shy away from the pull-up because it's a tough exercise. The average American women, woman cannot do any. The average American man can only do three. So, we're going to show you how to do a proper pull up today and we're also going to incorporate a leg raise. Alright. So, we're going to grab our tool bar and we're going to inhale, long arms, no alligator arms and as we pull-up, we're going to raise our knees to our chest and bend down. Arms again very straight, pull up, exhale as you come up, knees to the chest and down. And we're coming up one more time, knees to the chest and down. And just for good measure, let's do four. Pull up, knees to the chest and then down. My name is Jay Jones, Celebrity Peak Performance Coach and Fitness Minister. And that is an example of a pull up with a leg raise.
