Hey, my name is Jay Jones, Celebrity Peak Performance Coach and Fitness Minister. And today, we're going to discuss a few exercises that will help enlarge the size of your hips and buttocks. Now, in today's world, everybody is booty crazy. Booty this, booty that, well this is a healthy way to increase the size of your butt, not only that but your hips as well. What we really want to concentrate on is to tighten and tone what you already have. We want to lift and make it what you have a lot more appealing as oppose to adding more. So, one thing that we can do that is fantastic for this are front lunges. Now, lunges are phenomenal exercise because they not only incorporate your lower body power, but your core balance as well. So, we start off with the hands on the hips, we take a huge lunge forward, we're going to start off with our right foot. Huge lunge forward, down, keep the chest up; see how I'm wobbling already, down and then push off the heels. And then we do the same with the left. Huge lunge forward, chest up and then push off the heels. What we don't want to do is lunge too far where our knee is over the toe. That's dangerous. That's a knee killer. We want to make sure our knee is behind the toe and then we push off. Of course, the next exercise is very simple, all American, all world squat. Everybody can do them, again, we've demonstrated a thousand times. Chest up, shoulders down and back, push through the hips and heels and then roll the pelvis forward. Again, we're going to inhale going down, "Hmmm", exhale, "Phhhh", coming up. Now, these are just two of the myriad of ways that you can build your gluteus maximus and your hips.
