Hey there, my name is Jay Jones, Celebrity Peak Performance Coach and Fitness Minister. And today, we're going to show you the best double crunch move for your waist, the abdominal crunch, one of the oldest exercises in the book. But we're going to freak and tweak the abdominal crunch, a little bit today. So, we can preserve the lower back. A lot of people today, have problems with the crunches, because they have hypertension in their lower back a little bit. So, what we want to do is, we want to do a double crunch and still preserve the lower back. So, this is what the move looks like. We call this an accordion crunch, because you're going to crunch yourself together like an accordion and then, open yourself back, up. This is our move, we're going to bring our arms above our head and then, we're going to take our knees and bring them directly into the chest. This is the first part of the crunch. We inhale and we get all the air out and then, we're going to exhale, top part of the crunch and double part of the crunch. Feet are only six inches above the ground. So, we do it one more time, in and out, in and out, beautiful. And by doing it at a high pace, you really get your heart rate going.
