Hey, my name is Jay Jones, celebrity peak performance coach and fitness minister, and today I'm going to show you a few techniques on how to lose wrinkly arm skin. Hey, we all love tough, tight and toned arms. Arms are very, very attractive, and during the summer months, of course, arms are on display, full out, but we build beautiful arms not only during the summer, but year-round, and this is how you reduce wrinkly arm skin and if your arms are wrinkled how to reclaim your nice, tight, tough, toned arms back. Alright, well the first thing naturally is to make sure you're preventing the sun from doing it's damage, so you're going to put on sun block when you go out and especially when your skin is going to be exposed over a long period of time. That's number one, protect your skin from the sun. Number two, you want to make sure your skin is getting proper oxygen, which simply means, you need to move around, your cardiovascular conditioning will of course, pump blood throughout your entire body, your body encompasses your skin, of course. Your skin if you didn't not know is the largest organ on, or on our body, so you want to make sure you're getting proper cardio conditioning and third, certainly not least is resistance training. You need resistance training to make sure you're tearing down old weak muscle tissue and constantly rebuilding strong, tough, tight and tone muscle tissue and the best way to do that is simple exorcises, pushups, pullups, bicep curls, tricep kick ups, the basic generational arm movements. So, the best thing for you to do is stay out of the sun or at least protect your skin and make sure you're doing your proper cardio and resistance exorcises.
