Hi, I'm Tim Trotter, and today I'm going to how to ample or increase the recording level of your computer mic. This is pretty simple and it's easily done by accusing your system preferences within your Mac. Let's go there now. Okay, so just go ahead and find preferences. Once this is opened up here, we want to go to hardware, then we want to go to sound, go ahead and click on that, and see input here on the far right, and then you'll notice it's already picking up my voice as you see the bars move up and down, you'll see an input volume slider, right across here, it's all the way at 100 percent, you can go ahead and slide it down to where ever you like. And for added effect you click this box here for, use ambient noise reduction and like the title suggests, it will help reduce background noise when you're talking through Skype or recording something though your internal computer, speaker, microphone and that's pretty much all there is to it. Hopefully that helps you out when you're trying to amplify or increase the recording volume of your computer or mic. Thanks for watching.
