Hi, I'm Dorangela Bobet founder of Two Prince Bakery Theater. Today, we're going to make gluten-free cheese breadsticks. These are the ingredients you will need: 1 1/3 cup gluten free biscuit mix. 1/3 cup of extra virgin olive oil, 1/2 a cup of shredded sharp cheddar cheese, 1/2 cup of cold water, 2 eggs beaten, and seasonings. I like to use Mixed Up Salt because it has a lot of seasonings. First, we're going to beat the 2 eggs in the mixer. So crack two eggs. Throw that away. Okay, let's go ahead and mix these two eggs and get them nice and beat. Now we're going to add our wet ingredients to the beat eggs. We have our olive oil, our cold water. Now we're going to add our biscuit mix. I'm doing it like this so it doesn't splatter all over everybody. Because it's a very small amount so we don't have to be worried about incorporating it little by little. Get that going, mixed in. Now we're going to add our shredded cheese. Get that incorporated. And now would be a good time to take your spatula and make sure that there's no flour that hasn't been blended in. So scrape the sides of your bowl. Make sure everything is nice and incorporated. Now before we begin to roll out our dough we're going to season or dust the board so that it doesn't stick to the board. Of course use gluten free flour because you're doing gluten free baking so you've got to do everything gluten free. Now, very messy, we're ready to take out our mixture. And what you're going to want to do is just roll it out onto the board. Now we're ready to put our mixture into the cookie sheet which has been lined with parchment paper. And what parchment paper does is keeps whatever you're baking from sticking to the pan and cooking evenly. You can get it at any supermarket or baking store. So lets cut our dough. And it's going to be super sticky so you're going to have to kind of play with it a little bit. Now we're going to put our cut dough into the cookie sheet. And it's going to be a little bit messy because this is made with biscuit mix so it's going to be a little bit sticky but it'll give you really nice fluffy breadsticks. Now we're ready to season our breadsticks. I like to use Mixed Up Salt but you can use Italian seasoning or whatever it is that you like to season them up a little bit. And they are ready to go into the 450 degree preheated oven. We're going to put them in for 10 to 12 minutes until golden brown. Here they are, nice and golden brown and cheesy. Now we're ready to eat.
