Hi, this is Dorangela Bobet, founder of Two Prince Bakery Theater. Today, I want to show you a recipe on how to make gluten-free and dairy-free baked mac and cheese. These are the ingredients we will need. First you will need 3 cups of uncooked elbow macaroni pasta, gluten-free. Then we have half a tablespoon of gluten-free flower, 1 cup of dairy-free shredded cheese, this particular one is coconut shreds in cheddar flavor. We're going to do one tablespoon of coconut oil but you can use any dairy-free substitute for butter. And then we're going to do 1/4 cup of rice milk but you can use any other non-dairy milk. Now we're ready to cook. Turn your stove on, medium low heat because you don't want to turn it on too high. We're going to add our coconut oil, that was loud, hold on a second, let me get it with the spoon. That was funny. Okay we're going to start mixing it up. And depending on what non-dairy butter you use it might take a little bit or less time, but you just want to get it melted. This one holds pretty high heat so it takes a little bit longer. Get that all nice and melted. And we're going to add our gluten free flour. If it comes out, there we go. Okay so now we're going to put in our pasta and fold it into our cheese sauce like that. And now we're ready to season. Salt, a little bit of pepper to taste, and I always like to put some nutmeg on my mac and cheese so lets put a pinch of nutmeg. It gives it a really nice flavor. Get that all incorporated. And now we're ready to put it in the oven and bake. We've put our macaroni and cheese into this Pyrex pan and we're ready to put it in the oven. You're going to do it 350 degrees, preheated oven for 15 to 20 minutes. Now we've got this macaroni and cheese out of the over and we're ready to serve. There you have it. Gluten-free, dairy free, mac and cheese.
